reconsideration of spatial thinkers

it's 2025, now what?

Let's toast on 2025! As we welcome the new year, we warmly invite you to join us for drinks and a moment of critical examination on February 6th.

As the (political) climate changes, we pause to consider the role and focus of spatial designers and thinkers in this transformation. By embracing critical perspectives, we aim to ignite meaningful dialogue. From the shift in authority from traditional government structures to emerging agents of change or new spatial concepts. Together, we’ll explore how to redefine and reestablish the role of spatial planners and designers in shaping a sustainable and equitable future.

These considerations are part of preparation for a bigger series of events. As 2025 came around and troublesome processes don’t seem to subside, a reconsideration of our efforts is needed. Thus, we are organizing a series of events to collectively reconsider the position of spatial thinkers. More events in this sequence will be organized as part of international and national future thinking activities in partnership with Toekomstatelier Oostkop.

We have reached the maximum of participants for this event. Fortunately, we will be recording the discussion. If you are interested in the talk and the recording, please share your contact details below.
